Durability of Usability Guidelines (Jakob Nielsen’s Alertbox): “What was difficult for users twenty years ago continues to be difficult today”. This is true of many things, not just webdesign. Still, think of the implications of this (true) statement. We think we’re much better today because of our technology, but we see that humans change very little. This is one reason why Biblical principles set out 4,000 years ago are as applicable as they are today.
