Anuj is correct. For writing swing apps NB has the slick gui builder (the best I’ve seen for layout). It would be nice to have something similar for web apps. Something like dreamweaver would be great but it could be even simpler than that would work. I wonder if there’s a way to embed tinymce or similar into nb.
