Every word of God is flawless
I was reading this on one of your pages and this thought came to mind.
“6. The Mormons claim that one must study their books to attain an accurate knowledge of the Scriptures, even though they also use the Bible. What do you think of that? The Bible clearly says: “Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Do not add to his words, or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar.” Proverbs 30:5,6 “
What am I to think about everything that was written after Proverbs 30:5,6. The bible was not compiled on earth by God himself. It was done by “Man”. How are we to know was left out or added? I have read the Book of Mormon and the Bible. If you are to say that God only spoke to us through one means only then what is the need of any religion. We should shun all churches because no preacher could add to the bible with out being a hypocrite. Now that just sounds silly doesn’t it?
