Netzero on Ubuntu

I’m going to be away from broadband for a few days. It obviously doesn’t make sense for me to sign up for dial up service for a short trip. I think I’m going to try and setup NetZero’s free dialup service. It’s free for 10 hours a month, which should be fine for me. They’ve got Linux support for linspire which is a Debian derived linux, just like Ubuntu. Maybe it will work. I’ll post my results.

    bleh… doesn’t work on Linux if you use the free service… you have to sign up for the premium service for $7/mo. No thanks.
