AAN: Finding the Right Sales Person: How hard can it be to find good sales people? It’s difficult. If you have any experience starting up a new company, you’ll agree that it’s difficult to find people who can sell your vision. Often times, it’s easy to convince people that your vision is interesting and good, but it’s difficult to give them enough information so that they can sell that vision to others.

As a smaller business, you run into the chicken and the egg problem. If I had more resources, I could invest the time needed to train good sales people. But in order to get the resources, I need good sales people!
